FDA Notices of Judgment Collection, 1908-1966, at the National Library of Medicine
The FDA Notices of Judgment Collection is a digital archive of the published notices judgment for products seized under authority of the 1906 Pure Food and Drug Act. This digital library, created using the SPER system, allows for browsing the collection as well as searching the collection's metadata and full-text. The available sub-collections are:
Foods and Drugs, 1908-1943 (cases 1-31,157)
Drugs and Devices, 1940-1963 (cases 1-7,060)

2a. What is the database that has all of the old timers in it? Did Reich's files show up because the FDA took actionagainst him, or was it a general file series.
2b. Where are those 5-6 thick physical file folders or pouches on Wilhelm Reich that I saw at the FDA FOIA office that time, and which they made a copy of for me, totalling over 2,000 pages; What is their current whereabouts and Series they are held in;
3. Do they retain the old case files, and do they send them to the Regional NARA Office, or back to Washington? 12-5-2013: 1. Annette C. Ellis of the Los Angeles District FOIA said that they don't keep any records older than 10 years, and after that they are shredded; phone: 949-608-2900;
